Welcome to Great Meols Primary School

Welcome to Great Meols Primary School – a vibrant, nurturing community where every child is inspired to thrive. As Headteacher, I am proud to lead a school built on strong values, academic excellence, and a deep commitment to the development of each child’s character. At Great Meols, we believe in creating a stimulating and inclusive environment where children are encouraged to explore their full potential through a rich and varied curriculum, supported by a wide range of extracurricular activities. Whether it’s in the classroom, on the sports field, or through the arts, our pupils are given the tools and opportunities to grow into confident, compassionate individuals.

Thank you for visiting our website – we hope it offers you a glimpse into the warmth, ambition, and spirit of our school community.

“The trust and the school have worked well together to revise much of the curriculum from early years through to Year 6. Overall, they have ensured that the curriculum is well organised and that it enables children, and pupils, across school to build up their knowledge in a logical order”
